Adv. Sindhura Natesha Polepalli

Advocate Sindhura Natesha Polepalli specializes in International Maritime Law, offering expert legal consultancy, compliance advisory, counsel, and legislative drafting services. She currently serves as Maritime Legal Consultant to the Indian Maritime Administration and is an appointed National Committee Member under Maritime India Vision 2030, where she actively contributes to maritime law and policy reforms.

 

Previously, Sindhura gained invaluable experience at the Legal Office of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg, worked closely with Hon'ble Justice S. J. Kathawalla (Retd.) at the Bombay High Court, and handled diverse legal matters at the Supreme Court of India.

In addition to her professional practice, Sindhura is a visiting faculty member in International Maritime Law at the University of Mumbai.

Sindhura earned her LL.M. with distinction from the IMO-International Maritime Law Institute in Malta, where she was honored with the Nippon Foundation Fellowship and the Maltese Government Prize. She completed her law degree at Government Law College, Mumbai, and pursued advanced training at internationally recognized institutions, including the Rhodes Academy of Oceans Law and Policy and the Asian School of Cyber Laws.
